申请资格

Eligibility

非中国籍公民，身心健康，具有学士学位或同等学历。Applicants should be a non-Chinese citizen in good health both mentally and physically with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

申请材料

Application Documents

申请人应于2024年6月30日前，在东北林业大学留学生招生系统（http://nefu.chiwest.cn）提交如下申请材料：Applicants should submit the following application documents in NEFU International Students’ Enrollment System (http://nefu.chiwest.cn)before June 30th, 2024.

Part.1

护照

Passport

申请人的护照有效期若早于2024年12月，提交申请前请及时申领新护照。If your passport expires before December 2024, you must apply for a new one before submission.

Part.2

本科学习成绩单

Bachelor’s Academic Transcript

成绩单应由申请人就读学校教务处或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章。如为汉语或英语以外语种，需同时提供英文翻译件并公证。

The transcript shall be issued and sealed by the university's Academic Affairs Office or Students’ Management Department. Transcript in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

本科学位证明

Bachelor’s Degree Certificate

如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预毕业证明或在学证明。学位证明如为汉语或英语以外语种，需同时提供英文翻译件并公证。Prospective diploma candidates must submit official Certificate of Student Status by their current university. The certificate in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.

Part.4

语言成绩证明

Language Qualification Certificates

理学、工学、农学、医学、经济学、管理学、艺术学类中文授课学科申请人，原则上需要达到HSK四级180分及以上；文学、法学类中文授课学科申请人，原则上需要达到HSK五级180分及以上。英文授课学科专业的申请人须提供雅思（6.5及以上）或托福（95分以上）成绩单，或者其他语言水平证明。Applicants for the Chinese-taught disciplines of Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Management and Art should submit the certificate of HSK level 4 with the score of 180 points or above; Those in the Chinese-taught disciplines of Literature or Law should submit the certificate of HSK 5 with the score of 180 points or above.Applicants for English-taught programs must submit a copy of official IELTS report (6.5 or above), TOFEL report (over 95) or other English proficiency certificates.

推荐信

Recommendation Letters

本学科领域内的两名教授或副教授的推荐信，只可用中文或英文书写。Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors in the relative disciplines shall be submitted.

Part.6

研修计划

Research plan

应提交1000字以上研修计划，只可用中文或英文书写。

The research plan written in Chinese or English with no less than 1000 words shall be submitted.

《外国人体格检查表》

Foreigner Physical Examination Form

申请人应严格按照由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制的《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行体检（此表格须用英文填写，原件自行保存）。缺项、未贴本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查表》无效。The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form, which is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority (The form shall be filled in English. Its original copy shall be kept by the applicants.) Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid.

2023年11月20日至2024年3月15日期间，申请人需同时在来华留学管理信息系统（CSC在线申请系统）和东北林业大学留学生招生系统提交申请。

Chinese Government Scholarship Program

From November 20th, 2023 to March 15th, 2024, all applicants shall submit their applications in both CSC Online Application System and NEFU International Students’ Enrollment System.

东北林业大学优秀外国留学生校长奖学金用于资助申请来我校接受学历教育的本科生和硕士研究生。奖学金资助期限为一年，设立三类标准，具体如下：一等奖学金：免学费、校内住宿费二等奖学金：免学费三等奖学金：减免50%学费请在2024年4月30日前登录东北林业大学留学生招生系统http://nefu.chiwest.cn/进行报名并提交相关申请材料。
Northeast Forestry University President Scholarship for Outstanding Foreign StudentsThe scholarship is open to bachelor or master degree applicants at NEFU. The scholarship period is one year and the award standards are as follows:First-class: exempt from tuition fee and accommodation feeSecond-class: exempt from tuition feeThird-class: 50% deduction of tuition fee
